Evangelia Pavlaki

Evangelia Pavlaki is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) and holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Public Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).

She has been practicing law since 1995 and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2001. She has extensive professional experience in public procurement and public contracts, civil and commercial law, legal advisory services, and the representation and support of individuals and legal entities in out-of-court dispute resolution.

She was trained as a mediator in 2013 at the Athens Training and Mediation Education Centre (AKKED “Prometheus”), in cooperation with the UK-based training provider FACILIT8. Since 2014, she has been included in the official Register of Accredited Mediators of the Greek Ministry of Justice and serves as a mediation trainer at the Mediation Training Centre of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Alongside her legal practice, she is actively engaged in mediation as an accredited mediator.

She has received further training and specialization in alternative dispute resolution methods (Mediation, Negotiation) and has specialized in family mediation (KEDIP), medical mediation (ELKED/ADR Hellenic), land registry mediation (KEDIP), and school mediation (conflict resolution in educational settings) (EODID).

She has participated as a speaker in seminars and lectures on mediation and has contributed to the collective volume “Mediation: Theory and Practice” (P.N. Sakkoulas Publications) with a chapter on Medical Mediation.

She currently serves as the Secretary General of the Hellenic Association of Mediators (EED).

She is fluent in English and French.
