Our Office

This term was selected as our domain name, because we strongly believe that the lawyers, as scientists and parties of the system of justice, must not only apply the law but rather to seek its adjustment as “it should be”. This may be accomplished by both seeking the proper interpretation of the law by the Courts and by participating in the scientific debate.

The first is daily served by us in the Courts.

To the second, we aim to contribute by both our participation in conferences and other scientific events and via our blog.

The office was established in 2011 by Sergios Manarakis and Konstantinos Chatzoulas, two lawyers with significant experience in judicial and non-judicial dispute resolution, and in the fields of Sport Law, Commercial Law, real estate and Forensics and Criminology.

Sergios Manarakis is also a CIArb Accredited Mediator since 2010, one of the first Mediators of the Greek Law 3898/10 accredited by the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, with particular interest in sports mediation. He is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Union of Mediators.

Konstantinos Chatzoulas is specialized in the field of Forensics and Criminology with particular interest in issues arising in relation to DNA, fingerprints, ballistics Surveys and rights of the accused.

Aim of our office is to provide quality services that meet the needs of the customer. To that end our office join forces with reputable professionals from various disciplines seeking for the most efficient and advantageous solution for each customer.

Philosophy of our office is that each case is unique and is treated as such.
